Terms of use

Effective Date: July 24, 2026

Last Updated: July 24, 2026

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of everyonelooksbook.com, the Everyone Looks website and storefronts, and any books, toolkits, worksheets, downloads, graphics, or other digital materials offered through Wix, Payhip, or another authorized sales channel.
Everyone Looks is a publishing brand operated by Rob Weldon, a Tennessee sole proprietor. References to “Everyone Looks,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Rob Weldon operating under the Everyone Looks name. Products may be published under the author name W. L. Roberts.
By accessing the website, placing an order, actively acknowledging these Terms at checkout, or downloading a product, you agree to these Terms. Do not use the website or purchase a product if you do not agree.

1. Educational and Entertainment Purpose
Everyone Looks products are educational self-help and comedic materials intended to encourage personal reflection, clearer communication, and thoughtful relationship choices.
Our products are not:
•    Therapy or counseling
•    Medical, psychological, legal, or other professional advice
•    A diagnosis or treatment recommendation
•    A clinically validated psychological assessment
•    A substitute for a qualified therapist, counselor, physician, attorney, or other licensed professional
The Look Investment Scale, Lookie Loo Types, 20-Statement Lookie Loo Type Test, Heat Check, exercises, scripts, examples, and scoring tools are informal frameworks for reflection. They must not be treated as professional evaluations, diagnoses, or definitive judgments about any person or relationship.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to purchase products.
By placing an order, you represent that:
•    You have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
•    The information you provide is accurate.
•    You are authorized to use the selected payment method.
•    You will use the products only as permitted by these Terms.

3. Digital Products
Products may include digital books, printable toolkits, worksheets and scoring sheets, quick-reference cards, discussion prompts, challenges and trackers, bundled ZIP files, and future companion materials specifically identified on a product page.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all products are delivered digitally. No physical book or printed product will be shipped. Product descriptions, included materials, file types, prices, and any recurring-charge terms will be shown before checkout.
Current products are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Purchase does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property or create a right to future editions or platform access.

4. Orders, Payment, Taxes, and Sales Territories
Prices are listed in United States dollars unless otherwise stated. Listed prices do not include sales or similar taxes unless checkout states otherwise. Applicable taxes may be calculated and added to the listed price during checkout.
Orders may be processed through Wix, Payhip, and connected third-party payment processors. Payhip may calculate, collect, and remit applicable taxes as a marketplace facilitator. Everyone Looks does not directly receive or store your complete payment-card number.
We do not accept orders from customers located in the European Union, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, or the United Kingdom. Technical country restrictions may be used, and an order may be blocked, cancelled, or refunded if it originates from a restricted sales territory.
We may cancel or refuse an order when reasonably necessary, including suspected fraud, unauthorized payment activity, pricing or technical errors, duplicate transactions, restricted-territory purchases, misuse of the website, or violation of these Terms.

5. Checkout Assent and Digital Delivery
Where checkout presents a required acknowledgment, you must actively select it before completing the purchase. By doing so, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Digital Product Refund Policy, and immediate access to downloadable digital content.
Digital products are generally delivered after successful payment through a download link, checkout-confirmation page, order-confirmation email, Payhip delivery page, Wix delivery function, or another method stated during checkout.
You are responsible for providing a valid email address, maintaining access to that account, downloading and securely storing your files, and using compatible software for PDF or ZIP files. Download links may expire, so download promptly.
Contact support@everyonelooksbook.com promptly if you do not receive access or need a reasonable accessibility or file-compatibility accommodation.

6. Personal-Use License
Your purchase gives you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to use the product for your personal or household purposes.
You may read the materials on personal devices, print reasonable copies for personal or household use, complete worksheets privately or with your relationship partner, and keep one personal backup copy.
You may not:
•    Resell, redistribute, upload, publish, or share the files.
•    Email copies to friends, clients, groups, or organizations.
•    Place files in a shared drive, membership library, classroom, workplace, or public database.
•    Remove copyright notices, author names, branding, or ownership statements.
•    Copy substantial portions into another book, course, website, presentation, or product.
•    Use the materials for paid counseling, coaching, consulting, training, workshops, or commercial services without written permission.
•    Use the products to train, develop, test, or populate an artificial-intelligence system or dataset.
•    Claim the framework, terminology, graphics, or written content as your own.

7. Digital Product Refund Policy
Because digital products can be accessed, copied, or downloaded immediately, completed digital-product sales are generally final. Refunds are not ordinarily provided for change of mind, personal dissatisfaction, failure to read the description, failure to use the materials, accidental purchases not caused by a site error, correctable software incompatibility, or disagreement with the product’s opinions, humor, terminology, conclusions, or framework.
We will review requests involving a duplicate charge, failure to receive the purchased file, a corrupted or materially defective file, delivery of the wrong product, a technical problem that prevents access and cannot be corrected, or a refund required by law.
Contact support@everyonelooksbook.com within seven calendar days of purchase and include your name, order number, purchase date, product, explanation, and a screenshot or error message when relevant.
We may first replace, repair, or redeliver the product. Approval of one refund does not create an obligation to approve future requests. Nothing in this policy limits a consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

8. Immediate Digital Performance
By purchasing an immediately delivered digital product, you request that delivery begin as soon as payment is completed. Where applicable and permitted by law, you acknowledge that a cancellation right relating specifically to undelivered digital content may end once delivery or access begins.

9. Intellectual Property
The website, storefronts, products, and their contents are protected by copyright, trademark, trade-dress, and other intellectual-property laws. Protected materials include, without limitation:
•    Everyone Looks
•    Lookie Loo terminology and character types
•    The Look Investment Scale
•    Written text and examples
•    Tests, questions, scoring methods, and worksheets
•    Covers, diagrams, illustrations, posters, and visual systems
•    Product names, taglines, layouts, and downloadable files
Except for the limited personal-use license, no permission or ownership right is granted.
Requests for licensing, workshops, organizational use, adaptations, or republication must be submitted to support@everyonelooksbook.com

10. Appropriate Use
You may not use the website, storefronts, or products to:
•    Violate any law or another person’s rights.
•    Harass, threaten, shame, stalk, exploit, or manipulate another person.
•    Publicly label or diagnose another person.
•    Misrepresent informal framework results as professional conclusions.
•    Gain unauthorized access to a website, storefront, customer account, or order.
•    Introduce malware, harmful code, scraping tools, or automated attacks.
•    Copy or extract content for commercial use.
•    Interfere with checkout, delivery, security, tax calculation, or website operation.

11. Reviews, Testimonials, and Submissions
Any review, testimonial, or statement you submit must reflect your honest experience and must not violate another person’s rights. Do not submit private relationship details, confidential information, or content you are not authorized to share.
Everyone Looks will not publish a private support message, personal relationship story, name, image, social-media handle, or testimonial as marketing content without appropriate permission. Any material connection, free product, discount, or other incentive associated with a testimonial will be disclosed where required.

12. Relationship and Safety Decisions
The products encourage reflection and conversation but cannot account for every person, relationship, circumstance, or safety concern.
Do not use a score, type, example, or phrase from the products to dismiss another person’s lived experience, excuse deception, justify harmful behavior, or pressure someone into remaining in a relationship.
Situations involving abuse, coercion, threats, stalking, violence, severe distress, or immediate danger require appropriate professional or emergency support rather than reliance on these materials.

13. No Guaranteed Outcome
We do not guarantee that using the products will:
•    Improve or preserve a relationship
•    Resolve jealousy, conflict, or trust concerns
•    Change another person’s behavior
•    Prevent separation or disagreement
•    Produce any particular emotional, relational, or financial result
Results depend on individual circumstances, choices, communication, and factors outside our control.

14. Accuracy, Product Changes, and Updates
We make reasonable efforts to present products accurately. The website, storefronts, or products may contain typographical, formatting, technical, or other errors.
We may revise website text, product descriptions, prices, graphics, download formats, included materials, sales territories, and these Terms. Unless expressly promised at purchase, a purchase does not include future editions, updates, expansions, coaching, support, or additional products.

15. Third-Party Services
The website and sales process may rely on Wix, Payhip, connected payment processors, hosting and cloud-storage providers, email and digital-delivery services, tax-calculation services, analytics, security, and file storage.
Those providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for a third-party service’s independent conduct, outages, delays, security practices, tax treatment, or policies, except to the extent required by law.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website, storefronts, and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and noninfringement.
We do not warrant that the website or storefronts will always be uninterrupted or error-free, every file will work with every device or application, the materials will meet every reader’s expectations, every statement will apply to every relationship, or the services will be free from every security threat.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

17. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Everyone Looks, Rob Weldon, W. L. Roberts, and their service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the website, storefronts, products, delivery, or use of the materials.
This includes alleged losses involving relationships, emotional distress, reputation, data, business opportunities, income, or decisions made using the materials.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, total liability relating to a product will not exceed the amount paid for that product. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

18. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Everyone Looks, Rob Weldon, and W. L. Roberts from third-party claims arising from:
•    Your unlawful use of the website, storefronts, or products
•    Your unauthorized distribution or commercial use of the materials
•    Your violation of intellectual-property or privacy rights
•    Your violation of these Terms
•    Content or representations you create using the products

19. Governing Law and Informal Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a legal action, the parties agree to make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally.
Send a written dispute notice to support@everyonelooksbook.com describing the issue and requested resolution. Subject to applicable consumer-protection law, disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Tennessee.

20. Severability and Waiver
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.

21. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in products, platforms, service providers, practices, technology, sales territories, or legal obligations. The updated date will appear at the top. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law. Material changes affecting an existing order will not be applied retroactively where prohibited.

The website and storefronts may use cookies or similar technologies to keep services functioning, remember cart selections, complete checkout, maintain security, detect fraud, understand traffic, measure performance, preserve preferences, and support analytics.
Cookies may be essential, functional, analytics, or advertising cookies. Advertising cookies will be used only if advertising or retargeting tools are added. Where required, visitors may use a cookie banner or browser controls to accept, reject, or manage nonessential cookies. We may also disclose information to comply with a lawful subpoena, court order, or government request; investigate fraud, infringement, security incidents, or unlawful activity; enforce agreements; protect legal rights, safety, customers, or property; or support a sale, transfer, restructuring, or succession of the business.

7. Reviews, Testimonials, and Public Content
We do not publish private customer-service correspondence or personal relationship details as testimonials without permission. If you post a review publicly on Payhip, Wix, a social platform, or another third-party service, the post may be visible under that service’s rules and privacy practices.
When permission is provided to use a name, quotation, image, or handle in Everyone Looks marketing, we will use it only for the authorized purpose and will disclose material incentives where required.

8. Sale and Targeted Advertising
Everyone Looks does not sell personal information for monetary compensation. We do not knowingly use customer personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising by unrelated third parties.
Wix, Payhip, payment processors, and other service providers may independently process information according to their own privacy policies. If our practices materially change, we will update this policy and provide any legally required choices.

9. Data Retention
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for completing transactions, delivering products, providing support, maintaining purchase and license records, preventing fraud, handling chargebacks, meeting tax and accounting requirements, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and complying with legal obligations.
Retention periods vary. Limited transaction, fraud-prevention, tax, dispute, or compliance records may be retained after a deletion request when legally permitted or required.

10. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. These may include Wix and Payhip security features, secure checkout connections, restricted access, password protection, service-provider safeguards, fraud monitoring, and account-security controls.
No website, storefront, network, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Use of the website and transmission of information carry unavoidable risk.

11. Your Privacy Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions and statutory thresholds, you may have the right to confirm whether we process your personal information, access it, correct it, request deletion, obtain a portable copy, opt out of certain targeted advertising, sale, or profiling activities, withdraw consent, or appeal certain decisions.
To submit a request, email support@everyonelooksbook.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” Include enough information to identify the relevant records and understand the request. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
We will respond within the period required by applicable law. A request may be denied or limited when an exception applies. Where legally required, we will explain the decision and available appeal process. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted, subject to verification of authority.

12. Tennessee and Other United States Privacy Rights
Residents of Tennessee and other states with applicable consumer-privacy laws may have rights concerning access, correction, deletion, portability, targeted advertising, sale, or certain profiling activities. Availability depends on residence, the nature and purpose of processing, statutory thresholds, and exemptions.
Submitting a request does not guarantee that a particular law applies, but we will evaluate requests in good faith and respond as required.

13. California Privacy Notice
California residents may have rights under California privacy laws, subject to statutory thresholds and exemptions. During the preceding 12 months, the categories of information the website or storefronts may have collected include identifiers, customer-record information, commercial and transaction information, internet or electronic-network activity, approximate geolocation derived from an IP address, and communications or customer-service information.
These categories may be disclosed to service providers for website and storefront operation, payment processing, tax handling, security, analytics, fraud prevention, and digital delivery. Everyone Looks does not sell personal information for money.

14. Children’s Privacy
The website and products are intended for adults. Purchases are restricted to persons who are at least 18 or the age of legal majority where they live. The services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from a child under 13.
If we learn that such information was collected, we will take reasonable steps to delete it. A parent or legal guardian who believes a child submitted information may contact support.

15. International Visitors and Sales Restrictions
Everyone Looks operates from Tennessee, United States. We do not intentionally market or sell products to customers located in the European Union, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, or the United Kingdom, and technical restrictions may prevent checkout from those locations.
Public website content may still be accessible internationally. If you access or contact us from another country, information may be processed or stored in the United States or other locations where Wix, Payhip, payment processors, and other service providers operate. Privacy laws in those locations may differ from those in your country.
A blocked sales territory does not prevent a person from submitting a lawful privacy request concerning information actually collected about that person.

16. Third-Party Links and Services
The website, Wix storefront, or Payhip storefront may contain links to third-party services or social platforms. We are not responsible for their content, security, or privacy practices. Review their policies before providing information.

17. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may revise this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in website functions, products, Wix or Payhip services, payment processors, marketing tools, data practices, sales territories, or legal obligations. The revised date will appear at the top. Material changes may also be communicated through the website or another appropriate method.
